Booking Policy: - If you're experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms please reschedule your appt for another time. - A $25 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. - No retainer=No appointment. - If you're 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. - Same day appointments= $20 additional fee. - We accept cash & cards(+1.50) - Yes, we make house calls! Travel appointment pricing will be based on mileage. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel/reschedule please inform the artist in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the retainer.
- Your appointment will be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
- No-call No-shows will also forfeit the retainer.
